- Strengths Profile assessment + debrief for each participant
- Six monthly 60-minute group sessions designed to deepen leadership capability, expand peer learning, and build habits that sustain growth
- Two 60-minute individual coaching sessions per participant
- Between-session resources and reflection tools
- Optional alignment session to connect learning with business priorities
Collectives consist of up to 8 leaders.
